TANVEER HUSSAIN KHAN

Mr. Khan has 23+ years of experience in Finance and Financial Advisory ranging from Merger & Acquisitions, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) and in other areas of corporate advisory. His last association was with AKD Group in different roles like Chief Financial Officer, Business Development and Advisory as an Executive Vice President of Cross Asset Advisory Group (CAAG) where he was responsible for the Group’s financial, tax and legal matters. He started his career working with A.F. Ferguson & Company, Chartered Accountants – a member firm of Price Water House Coopers; and then worked for Credit Solutions Limited UK- part of The Crucible Group. At Crucible Group, Mr. Khan was actively involved in providing debt structuring advice to UK big blue-chip companies like Barclays Plc, Lloyds TSB & N-power. Mr. Khan has co-lead many projects in the space of Venture Capital, Private Equity, Merger & Acquisitions including acquisition of BIPL Securities Limited by AKD Securities Limited. He also has been dealing in REIT Transactions including licensing matters and establishment of REITs. He also co-leads in the formation of Pakistan’s firm Special Purpose Acquisition Company. Mr. Khan has done MBA in Finance & Accounts from Warwick University (UK) and the Institute of Business Administration. He has many certifications in different areas of the finance and was also a participant of Venture and Private equity program of Harvard Business School (USA).
